My journey began with hands-on experience in Product development that included roles that focused on Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering, Application Engineering support, and Technical Sales. These early roles provided me with invaluable insights into the intricate workings of product development, from conception to market delivery.

Building upon this foundation, I transitioned into Project and Program Management, with over 12 years of project management experience with just under five of those years leading a Program Management organization for a global OEM manufacturer. During this time, I spearheaded transformative initiatives, implementing automated toolsets that revolutionized our operations and elevated our performance to new heights.
